I am building a new home in Riverside County. I am trenching and running conduit for the Edison hookup myself. Southern California Edison will pull the cables, install transformer and connect.
The SCE bill itself has an ITCC (Income Tax Component of Contribution) on every item, including the Applicant Furnished Facilities, meaning that I pay the ITCC on the trenching that I am providing myself.
Is this normal? the SCE contact couldn't give me much information on the ITCC. I'm just trying to understand every line item in this bill.
