I've been floundering around unsuccessfully trying to find where a few builders had developments in the past 0-10 years, haven't been able to find them. Is there some easy way to find past developments for specific builders? None of the builders we trust are currently building in development locations we want to live in, so we're trying to find where late model resales might be. TIA.

Have you tried asking at community development? If any of the building inspectors have been there for over 10 years, they will know.

Small builder: ask the builder.
Large builder: look for the falling down houses.

The right answer.
Piece of cake for a good agent, and service the OP should very reasonably expect.

2nd that.

Look for CAREER Realtors, in the business for at least 12 years. I am not a Realtor, but I can drive down most main roads in the area and name most of the builders in a neighborhood along our route, just from being in the industry. I imagine the Realtors could recall basic floor plans, and/or subdivision history.
