Vicki, beautiful house and good job by the owner and the stager. I also find it funny the HUSBAND put the tray on the bed. LOL!!! Some friends had that done by their stager and she told them no not w/ 3 kids and a dog. LOL!!! It does look too "cheesy" though when one does see the tray on the bed setup. The ONLY thing I would do is put some flowers out front. Give it some color. Are pansies okay in your area??? If so go ahead and plany some now even though it is late in the season it just needs some color. I can't tell from the pictures but how would the color of paint on the one wall in the breakfast nook and family room look in the kitchen w/ all of the white? If that color would look good w/ the white cabinets I'd be tempted to paint the rest of the kitchen just to warm it up. While it is beautiful it is just all the white comes across as "cold" and the kitchen should be more warm and inviting.

Moving, here is a website link I found that has some before/after pictures of staged homes. While some of the "after" shots are eh they ARE better than the before. I can't believe the one that shows the house outside. In the before all you see is overgrown trees/vines/shrubs/whatever yet behind it is a beautiful house. You will notice on the bookshelves that are permanent in the rooms not only books were used.

Was the link removed... or was it overlooked? I'm notorious for forgetting to attach documents to e-mail, so it's completely understandable.
