They had an estimate of the selling price on my properties, but not exact number. Closing date was correct.
I don't use Zillow, except quick look at the first pictures or so, but I like the first look at cold-hot market, I think it's nice feature. And usually (+-) correct. Their Zestimates are laughable :-)
I agree, too many people don't really know, how to obtain info and use Zillow as gospel.
