You need to define what you mean by "crash" and let us know what indicator you referring to that could possibly confirm said "crash" quantitatively?

Otherwise, there's really no point to participating in the poll. People would all be voting with different criteria in mind.

I guess I mean any market correction in which RE prices decline and ultimately lose over 40% of their value. And obviously no one knows, I am just curious to know others' opinions.

The 40% drop as defined by who? An index such as Case Shiller? BTW - values at the national level have never dropped even close to that level... ever. That would be unprecedented.

Idk I guess something like the 2008 crash or possibly something slightly less severe.
