Good Suggestion and a local Broker representing them contacted the Lender and Texas and was told it isn't something they do???
They had previously contacted the lender and asked to speak to the "Workout Department" about a loan modification or forbearance.
They also contacted a non-profit Homeownership Preservation Foundation to review options and asked HUD for a list of HUD-approved housing counseling agencies..
