I recently interviewed two agents . Both suggested a listing price . i was surprised how far off the two were on list price .
I could see wanting to see the inside of the home before determining a price .
But it seems weird she wouldn't mention a list price even after seeing the home .
Listening to the history of the firm sounds annoying too .

Realtors shouldn't hate it because it can bring a lot of traffic to their listings.
My listing agent actually listed my home as a "coming soon on Zillow"
I can see that people are viewing the listing supposedly from the "owner view " on zillow .

Sounds like there's something wrong with her. Maybe she was up for conversation and a cup of tea. Was she elderly?

Wonder what would happen if you called her? Would she remember you.
