I'm not really wanting to give them a credit or discount since I spent some money on the house before putting it on the market too.
So, if they ask for a credit to fix something, just say "no."

If it were me, I'd quote Admiral William Frederick (Bull) Halsey Jr.. Admiral Bull Halsey fought the Japanese during WWII. In response to a stupid request radioed from a junior officer on a ship elsewhere, Admiral Halsey replied "HELL NO. STRONGLY WORDED MEMO TO FOLLOW."

Thanks I am excited to sell and move on, I had been thinking of it for too long but the timing now seems very good since the market is strong in my area .
That information is incorrect. Buyers won't wait until the last day because if they run out their option period, the contract is then enforced and they can't back out, so it hurts them most, not you. I'm wondering about your RE agent. Are they noncommunicative? Try to get an update. Don't just assume that having multiple offers means the buyers will take the house as-is. The house has to be what they want for them to take it. It's not about them buying it just because others want it; it's also about the buyers themselves wanting it.

Update :
The due dilegency period for the buyer has passed so they can't request any credits at this point.
Apparently they didn't decide to do their own inspection is what I was told ..
My listing agent as part of their services pays for a home inspection to be done before the listing goes live . They give this to the buyer .

This is a relief that they did not ask for any credits but of course won't be totally relieved until closing .
Next thing coming up is the appraisal . I don't imagine it should be an issue as the sale price is reasonable and the buyer is putting a solid down payment ( 25 percent ) .
