This place is too weird. I even think the real estate agent is a little looney.
The outdoor kitchen is described as a tropical paradise. To me it's a pigsty with too much crap hanging over head and around the sides. All of it ready to drop dirt, spider webs, leaves, dust into your food.
This was my favorite caption ". Notice the library ladder to the left that functions on the brass rail"
How the heck are you expected to notice the library ladder behind all of that junk?!
I guess maybe that is why they added all the captions...
One of the pictures said something about "there are tile floors for easy clean up!" but you literally couldn't see even a single bit of floor through all the junk.

There was one about wainscoting, too, and not a millimeter was visible.
I think I've found my next career. Caption writer for crazy houses. It seems as though there are enough homeowners with interesting decor to keep me employed, lol.
The sad part is that it's a beautiful house if you could look beyond the freaky junk. I just wonder how they are going to get all of that moved? Someone could get a great deal but I'd be afraid that the junk was covering over some serious issues in the actual structure of the house.
An artist doesn't live there. A crazy person does.
No. When your house full of hoarded junk is on sale for $150,000, you're "crazy." But when you can sell it for $1.3 million, you qualify as "eccentric."
My favorite part was the dummies hanging upside down from the ceiling.
And you just know the realtor advised clearing the clutter, getting rid of the mannequins, cleaning, painting, etc.
And you just know the owners dug their heels in and refused....
Let's see how long it takes to sell.
