Might sound odd, but it's rare that a multi-million dollar plus home appeals to me and makes me wishful. This one though--goodness--I'd buy it if I could afford to do so and afford the maintenance of it.
I think it's the 1000's of acres of land that would make this one a consideration. This one does really live up to the 1 of a kind notion.
We've got one listed for $159,000,000.00 near us on Hillsboro Beach, Florida but it is stupid overpriced. The one two doors down is $30,000,000.00 because of the incredible oceanfront lot.
