Guys!! I've finally closed!!! I'm officially a homeowner now
Woohooooooo
Closing was such a smooth process.. Everything went well.
I just need to come up decor ideas now and whatnot..
My agent is awesome actually.. I'm glad that I worked with him. Using a dual agent is NOT a bad idea afterall. Much quicker process, easier communication, and overall smooth process.

Congrats, if you don't mind saying how much are HOA fees, I know they run higher for co-ops than condos and I was looking in Manhattan just out of curiosity and some places charge $3K a month for hoa fees. With the mortgage payments and fees I think it's cheaper to rent an apartment than own a co op in Manhattan.
