Oh my..... I am pretty tolerant of different styles and colors but I think what this house really needs is dynamite and lots of it! Estate? Really? And the worst insult of all, 550K in a neighborhood of 50K houses on a good day.

Yikes! I would hate to be their agent!

There’s so much crap everywhere how can you imagine the home empty? With bad schools on top of it I can see it selling for that price, but I’m not s realtor either.

I agree Diana, what an extraordinary place. The only thing I find kinda creepy are the golden jester looking characters on the acrylic chairs.
But clowns have always creeped me out.

It'll have to be a cash deal. No lender will do a mortgage with 2 cars and a baby grand included in the deal.

Good find!

Mr. Nassar seems like a fun gentleman who doesn't take himself too seriously.

Any Irish Travelers in Detroit?? If this is not one of their abodes, I'd be very curious about the ethnicity of the homeowners, which might or might not be connected to the décor...
Nassar is a Lebanese surname. Doesn't mean there isn't Irish Traveler somewhere though...

The reason they will only show it on sunny days is because it would be truly horrifying in the dark.

Did you see those creepy dolls at the dining room table? And the coffin looking beds?

No way would I walk in that house alone.

And what are all those tables and chairs in the basement for? Does the owner play restaurant?

I guarantee there are dead bodies in that house the owner dresses up and sits at those tables.
