Real estate investors could've possibly bought it, or its just such a hot market that a buyer's got "inside contacts."

We sold a house a while ago - the Buyer found a real estate sign installation truck and followed it until he saw a new sign being installed in a yard. He called us and we helped make it happen.

It did not hit MLS until we had it under contract.
