Hi,

I am wondering if the apartment landlord rules apply to renting a home? 24 Hr Notice, 3 Day to Pay or Quit, Notice to Move out, Notice to Evict, Change of Terms of Tenancy, etc. Is there a website for this?

Any help is awesome!

landlord tenant laws are local - state, county, city, township, parish...
