My financial reason is not listed. We own three homes and have decided to sell one. We have been living in two - each located in different states - and one house is rented out.

I'd be curious to know if anyone is selling their home now because they're worried the prices may go lower, and they want to sell before the prices hit bottom.

We are moving closer to family. We only live 45 minutes away but it seems like we are always going to family things and like being involved in family. We want to move closer so that it is not such a drive back and forth. Commute is also killing husband (about 30 minutes each way)
