Nope. I hate it when people think they have the right to tell me how to use and enjoy my own property. If I want to live in a specific location and all that is available is a small house with the room to expand it, I couldn't give a damn that someone else might like it small, I'm going to utilize it the way that works for me and my family, any more than I'm going to leave the walls orange or some color I dislike, just because someone else might like them that color.

Then you'll want to avoid historic districts because, happily, knowledgeable people there restrict the stupid and irrevocable decisions certain homeowners might make that will destroy something valuable and worth saving.

I always love seeing the photo of your home’s exterior. The inside is nice and open, too, and my husband commented on how bright the yellow must make the interior even on a gloomy day.

We’re looking forward to getting back to the south coast in 2019 for a visit. I can’t wait to show him Padanaram ( I was there last year, thanks to your descriptions of the area), and to show him all the places with his grandmother’s family name on them. We both have very deep roots back in your part of the country.
