Perris/Lake Perris is in Riverside county, which will be quite a bit less expensive than Orange County.

I remember the days (back in the late 1980's) when houses in the Lake Perris & Moreno Valley area were in the low 100's. They've steadily increased over the years to the 300k range.

It's in a pretty area. Hopefully, this house will be renovated and a new family will make happy memories inside of it.

off topic, but we need some serious reform and more cash in the judicial system ...

If found guilty, those charges could send the couple to prison for 94 years to life. The Turpins, whose bail was set at $12 million each, were in court last month where a judge scheduled their trial date for Sept. 3, 2019.
They were arrested Jan 2018. 21 months to get to trial, on what is at least an endangerment and abuse slam dunk, is ridiculous.

They have to be allowed time to mount their defense

Appraisal $353,138
Sold for $310,360,

Not weird at all.

It would be weird if it came with the former tenants.

At the end of the day, its simply a house. The history only matters to the people who think it matters. I live in new england where some houses are from the 1600's. Many many people could have died in the house and many properties have family graveyards in the back yard.
