Kind of neat site. Maps houses for sale, foreclosures, etc. They get their feed from Realtytrac.

HotPads.com - Search for Real Estate, Homes for Sale, Apartments for Rent, Houses for Rent, Sublets, and Roommates

Maybe you guys can chime in and say if you care for it.

Peace.

This site is awesome. Had a couple of properties that Redfin and Realtor.com didn't. However it was missing properties as well. I really like the map format. Works for predators opps I meant buyers like me who are focused on one neighborhood.

I use it mainly to list my rentals. Some of their listings are really outdated but overall, it's not a bad site at all.

Another good one is PadMapper.com, which takes feeds from Craigslist as well as independent landlords and agents -- so use it with care, but it has the same mapping feature and slide toggles to limit prices, bedrooms, etc.

Zillow has many more foreclosures on my neighborhood.
12 versus 2.
