LOL
No.
Hey, you should follow him on Twitter... https://twitter.com/Surbiton99
I'm gentle on Zillow. He isn't.

BTW, this was funny:

Let me put the thought another way. The Zestimate has proven to be remarkably accurate when a home buyer who believes the Zestimate purchases a home from a seller who believes the Zestimate.

I’m pretty sure that the message of the commercial is that putting a shaft on the head of a unicorn pancake is hard but getting the shaft when selling your home to Zillow is easy. That’s what I got from it, anyway....

They don't say making pancakes is hard, they say making unicorn pancakes is hard.

This is what fake news is about, spin a company you hate with lies that everyone car agree with.

My first thought reading the title was how ludicrous, at least pick a food that is actually hard to make. So you have to actually watch something first and form your own opinion.

Oh, yes. You are right that pancake difficulty bar is raised by dint of "unicorn" pancakes.
OTOH, "hard?" That really is pretty funny.

And...
You are wrong. I don't hate Zillow.
Hell, there is not much at all I "hate." Certainly Zillow doesn't qualify.
I might could hate bullies, wife-beaters, child molesters, and ethnic cleansers.
Zillow is none of those.

Now, if you want to restate your error with, "Mike doesn't like online appraisals and illegal blind advertising," we could find common ground.
"Hate Zillow?" Meh. Some people need to get a grip.
I think fixing those mentioned flaws would render a pretty reasonable site. I have long proposed that more agents should freely offer what Z does, minus appraisals and illegal blind ads, and quit whining.
