Parkland and it’s next door neighbor, Coral Springs, were developed by the same company. Coral Springs has affordable housing and ghettos while Parkland has no affordable housing and, surprise!, no ghettos.

There may not be official zoning rules but aren't there a bunch of poor white people in TX and NC? Especially in those rural areas?
