It does sound like you bought a lemon from a low quality builder. Might want to consider ditching the house once the repairs are made and quietly moving on. The stuff you site is way beyond 'punch list' items and wreeks of poor quality workmanship. Touch up paint and missing handles are punch list items. Leaks in bathroom walls are a workmanship issue. Big difference.
I assume you were responding to the OP, but that post was from 3 years ago, and they are probably long gone.

The person posted once. I imagine they either got most everything fixed or some of it fixed. The builder doesn't have to fix the molding issue if it can only be seen up close
