What does this mean? My house just showed (third time in 6 months) and a note was left on the counter stating this. Are they going to make an offer? I want to jump up and down, but maybe it doesn't mean that... Help!

I find that odd personally, but I would expect it to mean you are going to get an offer that is either low or they are going to give your agent a "feel out" call to see what you would be willing to accept and then submit and offer.

I would take it to mean that they are interested enough to leave a note.
Hope you get a good offer.

good luck
I think that is SO WRONG of that agent...the reason I say that is b/c
we once had an agent call our agent and ask if we would pay closing costs for the buyer and we said of course. He then said I will get back to you. He didn't. So my agent called him and here his clients got cold feet and no offer ever came!
Agents should NOT tell buyers ANYTHING unless they have the offer in hand and it is in hand of the sellers agent too.
I hope it works out for you. At least it is something...but that so plays on your emotions!

It sounds odd and out of place but I don't know. Never heard anything like that before.

"Terms" sounds like if you do get an offer it will request you to hold paper.

They want to do a lease-purchase. I guess that's good. We had been toying with the idea of renting it out just so we could get our family back together, so this is just as good... or better. The per month price doesn't quite cover the mortgage, but we were ready to rent it for even less if necessary!
