If I was looking for a house to buy..... I would rather see houses without furniture. Then again, I can visualize furnishing a space. I have heard realtors prefer places to be staged. I would want to be moving the furniture around to see if it was hiding anything.

wow I always plug the holes by patching them . you mean people leave the holes ? I have never seen a house where people leave holes unpatched .

I will have no furniture in this house when I list it either just the master will have a bed everything else will be boxed up and ready to load in the truck on the last day .
