I think it is a lovely idea, and I can assure you as a buyer that we would really appreciate it! When we were looking in Mass. we had our fill of c***** little houses where the 'owners' clearly did not give a flying whatsit as to how their house appeared, so it was great to view in Texas where they did take some trouble!

For me, I might also like some indication of how one might sit outside in the Summer morning & night - citronella candles, perhaps?

I totally understand...about 10 years ago we were house hunters. I cannot tell you how many homes we went in that stunk of cooking fish heads (asians I guess), dog pee, dog hair, dirty bathrooms, filthy kitchens. What are these people thinking? I am pretty much able to visualize anything, but I can't work my way past DIRT and smells that will never go away. I bet that one house still smells like fish heads, ugh..

I need to decorate my outdoor table on the patio..might do that today...thanks for all the wonderful suggestions. Our 'buyers' have not been back to take pictures...my husband went out geocaching with our friends this morning, my neck is killing me so I stayed home. Maybe I can run down to Kohl's and get some patio stuff...

I think as friends now we should all get together sometime and admire each others handiwork. Thank you, I appreaciate each of you!
