Keep having to submit pay stubs.. (broker, approved, closing, salary)

So we were suppose to close 3 different times already in the last two months. We were approved and everything finalized a month ago. Our broker has asked us to submit paystubs three different times already. Anyone know why this would be required over and over? How long is an approval ( or whatever it's technically called) good for? Thanks

They need your most recent ones so if closing keeps changing, they have to keep getting your most recent ones.

They need to know you're still employed.

And that your salary hasn't changed, which in these times is a possibility for some.
