I love to look at photos of houses for sale. I like to dream and hope one day I'll own a second home at the beach. But I would fire some of these real estate agents if they had posted pictures like this for my home that I'm trying to sell. Not how cluttered the house is, that's on the seller (or renter?), but photos that don't showcase ANYTHING about the house and instead are of a half of a wall, the back of a toilet, a vehicle parked out front or part of a bed in the bedroom. Case in point:
A wild guess on the posted house: the renter took the photos and sent them to the agent. The agent probably asked for pictures of the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc. The person had no idea about the types of pictures to take. If you look at the listing in Zillow, it's rented right now. Getting in rental properties for good photos is not always easy for an agent and sometimes one goes with what one can get. That said, no excuse for the agent to not get outside photos at a minimum.

My guess was that it was a rental. But I would still fire an agent I had hired to sell my house if these were the photos that were posted for all to see. The price is decent for that area, but there are other houses with much better photos that I'd go look at first, second and probably last before I'd look at that one based on blurry pictures. I don't understand why the agent wouldn't go take pics themselves, unless the renters totally refused to allow them in the house. I would think that's part of what the real estate agent is being paid for. Maybe it annoys me so much because I love to take pictures? Good ones, not professional quality, but way better than these and others I've seen in listings.
I think it's a drinking game. My wife and I try to identify the room and figure out wth are those objects in the room. Was that a dog or a child that needs a haircut? Dunno, have a drink.
At least in this one you can tell which ones are indoor photos.
My day is going great at 9:48 AM on week I don't know anymore in the coronavirus hideout.
One thing that annoys me about RE home pictures is the ridiculous use of wide angle lenses in a way that makes a small closet look like a huge room. It seems like the attitude of some realtors is, "Once I get an actual buyer here, I can find out what they really want and show them that!"
