Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I know mid 20s is still young and we have plenty of time but you all have the house!! haha. I'm just ready to feel settled down. I know we're definitely going to the upstate though in a year, hubby is already going in a practice there so it's like 99% certain. But anyway - it is a long time to have something you can't live in, so when we're visiting my parents next time, we'll do a drive by but hopefully we won't love it in person...hopefully.
That's why I can't look at all - I want one so bad I want to look at them all and I want to buy one as soon as I find it b/c I hate it when they get away!
