A really cute house. Quick question....all those cars in one of the last photos...are those your neighbor's? Would that bother owners or is this common in your neighborhood. Great look back yard..that big span of grass. Is that your property too?
I will forever be baffled by people who make a big ordeal over the color of paint in a house. I could not imagine turning down a home, cost $300k+, because the living room was a color I did not like.
Same here. The last thing we would spend money on is interior painting (unless there were an extremely high ceiling). Painting is not a tough job.
I absolutely love this house. The only things that might hold me back would be location as in what does the neighborhood look like, is it tidy or noisy etc, and perhaps whether the plumbing and septic were in good shape. But as for the design and what we can see of the lot, it's wonderful design and has not been ruined.
I see the OP was an early poster and may not be back, but his house should sell to someone who loves that look. I'll bet the windows even have wavy glass, original!
