I didn’t say it was great, I said it was big. When I was young it was great. We had fireworks by the veterans Post on the 4th and made a day of it. And played there whenever we liked. Now it’s not safe for anyone with the encampment politically targeting it. That is going to start happening more now, and it may be coming to a park near you, anywhere.

The subdivision has about 20 homes, and this specific home is at the far end (maybe 80-100 yards away, so not much noise traveling from the park). The subdivision has its own special pedestrian entrance to the park with a gate code. The subdivision front entrance is not gated, so any cars can drive in.

Thoughts?
The way you describe this ,yes, I definitely would. It actually sounds like a reason to buy the house.

Ha! We actually told our realtor that when house hunting down here. And we meant it.

Reading some of the comments in this thread, as well as past ones, it's a wonder that some of you ever found a house and aren't living in your car.
