I don't see a way to. I live in Phoenix area so it's like half the listings and a major pita to have them littering every search.

Same for auction and new construction (which are all trailers it seems).

I don't think Zillow offers those search options after just looking myself. A local Realtor would have that option through their MLS (Multiple Listing Service) that the online search engines don't have direct access to.

One man's litter is another man's precious antique.

Strangely, I never seem to hit any 55+ listings in Tucson on Zillow.

I haven’t found a way to filter out anything on zillow that they don’t have a selection filter for. I would like to filter out corner lots for example.

Lately we have also lost the option to filter out “contingent” properties. Because markets are generally hot where I’ve looked about 80-90% of what shows up is contingent and not really available. Wish we could filter those out if we wanted to.

Auction and new construction have checkoff boxes.

I tried googles use of - with -55+ and unfortunately it didn't work for Zillow. I don't know why they don't use an exclusion filter. Realtor.com offers even less filtering.

There are other websites for 55+ communities that display new and existing homes for sale.

I thought the OP wanted to filter out those communities, not include them in their search.
