Actually, they aren't lampooning Zillow. They are lampooning the people whose new hobby is browsing real estate listings without any intent to buy. Browsing is the new sex.
They're kinda lampooning themselves - urban millennials for whom an interest in real estate is essentially a rite of passage into middle age. Millennials are starting to hit 40 and have reached stages in their careers and lives where buying property is something to consider. But at the same time it is associated with a lot of real obstacles that make the fantasy of buying a house much more appealing than the reality - hence the "real estate porn" element.
