It depends what rates you want to see ...short term rates are going no where , long term rates are rising almost daily .

Mortgage rates would be a different chart ..rates linked to prime are another chart.

There is no such thing as just RATES as everything moves differently

There recently was a divergence ...it comes and goes ....

Right now mortgages at lowest point in 24 days , 10 year is still rising
