Just listed my house a few hours ago and I've already had several showings, an offer is coming in (so we'll see about that) and I am about to let another showing happen! The more the merrier!

Nice house. Very nice landscaping. That place would sell for double or triple your asking price in many parts of the country.

Are these the listing pictures from when you'all purchased the house? I only ask because there's no pool shown or listed.

I know but it's a fair price in this area.

I love the house (thank you by the way). I just need to downsize since my husband died in 2020. It's bittersweet.

That's the house I am buying and that's from an old listing from about 7 years ago. I am not paying that price - LOL. Ugh, my bad!

Best of luck to you, Kathryn. May it sell quickly. It's lovely.

I love the backyard of the house you're going to and it's not much of a downsize - just a 400 sf difference. You'll still have plenty of room for your kids and grands and I'm sure you'll enjoy decorating it to make it your own! Best wishes to you!
