I think it was the right idea to get a new agent. he really listened to what I wanted and what my price range was and working together we found a place I loved in about a week and a half? Since then we've been negotiations on it and I just signed my contract yesterday. In fact the town home had been on the market for a month and had everything I asked for Now comes the whirlwind I hear. I'm doing an inspection on saturday, I dont close till june 13th but wow... It feels like everything is so surreal. Thank you every one who helped me out here. i'm sure I'll be asking questions in the future...

Congratulations. I know how you feel, we just signed a contract for the house we want as well last week. Hang on to your hat, things can move pretty fast from here on out I hear (and am starting to see).
