Like how Realtor.com or Zillow can be great for residential real estate. I’ve tried some sites like BizBuySell and Loopnet, but they seem to be missing a ton of properties for sale.

you might have to go to individual agencies' websites, there are some national ones plus write down the names you see on the 'for lease' signs and look those up. a lot of the info is not public like the MLS...sellers are reluctant to be too public.

Loopnet is the best, although you may get limited use of it.
Agree with KemBro, collect agency names and go to their individual sites.

There is no "1 Site."
There is much less cooperation between commercial agents than there is in the residential arena, ergo, properties are not as well-shared.
Heck, some commercial properties are sold by residential agents through MLS Commercial listings.

I'd recommend getting a good commercial RE broker in the area you want to invest. You'll need a good team to succeed and a broker can be your first member. In my experience, Loopnet shows the left overs after all the good properties are gone.

Remax commercial, which seems to be the parent of Loopnet.
