Browsing real estate websites again and started to register for a few until the monthly fee pops in which I stop and delete information. Also went to a site I hadn't been in 1/2 a year.or so(free registration)Less than a day later I get a call say noticed you had inquired about so and so. Told them I was just browsing(first mistake should've hung up, worse than telemarketer, ooops that's why). Anyway they put an agent on the line for listings in that area. Ask a few questions. Then get an email thanking for choosing x service and so and so is now your agent.
That phone call didn't make them my official agent? Or if I do buy a property that was listed on their website they are entitled to a sellers commission?
