Interesting to see some areas of FLA is in buyer’s market. Also no Boise, Phoenix and Austin in top 10 seller’s market.

Where's the buyer's markets? Seems that prices are rising across the board, even if in some economically stagnant or depressed areas.

A lot depends on the vibrancy of the market. In my city, there's been a dramatic uptick in demand over the past six months. You literally have to be pre-approved and walk in the door with non-contingent offers to even be considered.
