A 10 story apartment building was built/made in 29 hours in China. Used shipping container sized modules to lift into place. Same people want to do a 220 story building in 7 months.

I don't know it seems there could be settling or slipping issues.
Would you live in one? Is this something like the state of California could use for their homeless issues?
Just like you didn’t see the Army slaughter thousands of protesters in Tiananmen Square, but only the lone protester in front of the tank (he was later executed, FYI), you also don’t see the results of their shotty (and rushed) construction. There’s is a bunch of videos on the web of buildings straight up collapsing there. This will not end well.
They appear to be talking about the structure but not the time it took to wire and plumb and hookup to the municipal providers. Throw in paint, lights, fixtures, faucets and/or appliances it was probably another week.

Well hey, another week. I'm sure that would make all the difference. Not.
Didn't they build a Marriot Hotel in New York City (very tough building codes) in only 90 days using similar modular construction technology? I guess if you add in the time it took to build all those modular sections and fitting out to make it habitable, the "some assembly required" hours would be a bit misleading in the total start to finish timeline.

Reason: correct days
I wouldn't live in ANY 10-story apartment building, much less one built in 29 hours.
After watching the terrible disaster in Surfside this week, and then there was 9/11 years ago, and then there's the fact that I have had a deep seated fear of heights for decades before that.... well, I think that living in a high rise is probably out of the question for me.
I am happy that I live in a one story home. Actually I wouldn't even want to live in a two story home, because I am an old lady with old knees.
