Is it OK to have realtors come out to give me ideas on how to increase value?

Not once in this thread or any thread, did I mention needing help to sell this house. I’ve been in contact with two realtors, and as soon as my spouse recovers from his upcoming surgery, I’m meeting them in person.

Wish I had ten houses to sell, one for every realtor and more money for me. But there is only one house, and it’s taken care of, so can we please let the OP get back to his thread?
