I am an assistant manager at an apartment community in the Tampa Bay Area, Fl. and love to help with info and such. As of right now I am awaiting the fall semester to kick in and return to school (and continue working FT)...however I am considering a career change. I know the old assistant manager of our property went to commercial property management and is still with the company, loving it. Can anyone elaborate for me on such a position that I may qualify for and round about what they pay, the hours of operation, and if anyone knows of companies in the area? I would love to get out of residential property management...
