This is a foundation in a garage. It is bowing in (see attached picture). It is doing this in 3 spots around the foundation. Just curious how much I am potentially in for. Thanks.

Never forget that the cost to fix is largely dependent on where you are in the country. The cost in one part of your state can differ in a different part. Impossible to tell from that picture. You should consult a local contractor who is properly licensed to give an estimate. Best wishes.

I build houses as a side job, if you shop around maybe 4-5000. If your handy it will be less. If slab is good dont break ito up. Cement guys can support the garage, knock out bad bricks then lower garage back down...Day job for most

I have had to have two foundations repaired using push piers. In both cases (two different states) the cost was right at $6,000. Both times it fixed the issue.

Is there a foundation under the garage or just a slab?

You should bring in a company that repairs foundations to quote the job.

You have a drainage problem around your foundation that needs addressed first, or it can be addressed at the same time.

Either your subterranean drainage isn't working, is clogged, installed wrong, poorly executed, or there is none.

Clogged overhead gutters or water dumping at the base of the home would just exasperate the problem.
