Confusing way to present the listing, showing both before and after pictures of the house. It makes almost no difference what it looked like before... it's a total loss.
But they probably priced it for the property and the other existing homes on the property, which they really should show more of, not the burned out mansion that doesn't matter.

I think the burned out remains are a pretty good disclosure if that's the current condition.

TBH, the untouched guest house looks nicer (IMHO) anyway. I'd tear down the fire-damaged house and have a humongous park surrounding the more charming stone house (if I had the money, lol.) What an opportunity for a private park!

Yeah - I probably don't need more than the stone house either! It's hard to say because they weren't clear, maybe some of the interior kitchen pictures are from that house? I dunno. I just don't get why they chose to show what the inside of the mansion used to look like. Who cares, it's toast.
