Foreign doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners to handle the massive new numbers of FL Medicaid patients in a few years when the "reform" plan suddenly makes them eligible for the first time. Must be willing to treat a high volume of patients for low reimbursement amounts that will barely cover the cost of student loans and liability insurance, let alone office overhead. (Maybe we can start up some mobile medical vans and make patients wait outside in the hot sun at the local supermarket parking lot)
