Has anyone had experience with the set up of a Non Traditional Real Estate IRA and the subsequent purchase of property financed with a non recourse note? That note being used to pay for the balance of the cost of the property. They seem very intricate to get into the proposition and possibly more involved to get out when you want to take it out of the IRA for personal use.
