Holy crap holy crap holy crap... We're under contract! Phew. Wow. I don't know what to say... Hopefully the inspection will go smoothly and we'll close on time. 45 days. VA pre-approval. I think it should all be good. We haven't any problems with the house and we don't anticipate anything major coming up.

Inspection was today. I expected them to be here for 3-4 hours, but I drove by about 2.5 hours after they started and they were already gone. I don't know if that's good or bad. I'm hoping that if they found lots of problems, it'd take longer. Right? Right?!? Any inspectors have insight into a speedy inspection?
