Tuesday, a couple looked at our house. It was during a torrential rain storm and there was no electricity when they arrived. I could not have been less optimistic about the outcome.
Yesterday, our agent called to say that they intend to spend the weekend deciding between our house and one other one.
Of course, this is a long way from an offer or a sale, but it's the closest we've come in 1 1/2 years on the market.
Here's hoping.
