Just drove a different route around our block and noticed a sold sign on one of the houses. This guy has been for sale for over 4 years!!! He did about 3 years FSBO, listed with our realtor's office and just recently with a high powered salesperson in town and ---dang SOLD!!! We had debated about going with him also-well maybe now in Oct.
HDZUP! Way to go! Kudos! Will cross my fingers, toes and whatever else moves for good luck to come your way. All is takes is the RIGHT buyer. You never know..see just when you think it's just dead, someone comes along...maybe the start of something good for you..
the showing is today at 9:30 am. i got such a feeling. i saw a psychic in may, she told me july. so wont that be funny if she was right on. i am swamped with all of these thoughts and anxiety of what if we get an offer? whats the lowest we will take? and the whole thought of transporting our whole life half way across the states. im very excited and very scared at the same time. im leaving my grandparents who are 86 and 94 and they love my girls. i feel so bad for them and pray it will be easy to get back for visits. if all this happens. good thing i dont have to get myself worked up like this to often huh? lol.
if we dont get an offer soon, the thought of what i will have to endure for winter is even more horrifying.

im back. very strange feeling knowing people were here but not knowing what they thought. lol. just wait to hear now.. i have a strange feeling this might be our buyer. hope that gut instinct women get is right on this time!
Have you heard anything from your agent? How long were they there? We need answers.
