Our counter offer - giving (up to $4K) for items that needed to be repaired/replaced due to code. ($20K price drop, $9K seller assist and $4K for inspection items. They have not even replied to the counter they begged for.
We told RE to put house back on MLS. DH would still like to work out a deal. I think we should run in the other direction. I don't trust this buyer at all.

They want you to give them your home. They will get you down to 100K and say "OK" Now! ........ I think I would have laughed at what they wanted, and told the RE to go onward from that moment on.
Yeah, hope you find a new, better buyer and quickly. I could just see this one coming back after the closing saying there were "undisclosed" problems and trying to make more money off you, when of course there was nothing of the kind.
