Don't give up.

Your "ad" is HILARIOUS! It's called satire. I've seen them all over Craigslist, except they were serious-- you aren't. They usually bill themselves as "income opportunity" or "instant equity." HA! They also often close with something like,

"DO NOT DISTURB TENANT!!!!!!!"

Which makes it sound like they're currently renting to axe murderers. Obviously, if they're such a winning investment, the person wouldn't be selling them.

Trolling for suckers.
