Sounds like you are near Childress & yes you need to see if there are other agents who work that area.

I lived in San Angelo and you get a lot of those small town people who are very protective of their business. It's a little on the greedy side for him to not work with other agents.

I would think there should be some connection with the MLS in WF or maybe an agent in Lubbock who specializes in your area.

You need a new Realtor. You current one is actually doing things to hinder the sale of your home. Not only that, but she is not working along traditional guidelines and protocol.
